The Service includes API access, usage tracking, account management, and support.
Model availability depends on Provider policies.
Beta features may change or be discontinued at our discretion.
Create an account with accurate information.
You are responsible for account confidentiality and activities under it.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old.
Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
The Service is owned by AI Gateway or licensors.
We grant a limited license for internal business use.
You retain rights to your inputs and outputs.
You own Outputs. Providers may have their own terms.
Credit-based system. Prices displayed on website.
Different models have different costs.
Third-party payment processors.
Unused credits don't expire.
Refunds within 24 hours of purchase.
Governed by our Privacy Policy.
Inputs transmitted to selected Providers.

You are responsible for account security.

SERVICE PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES.
No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service.
AI outputs may not be accurate.

Review all AI outputs before use.
NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Total liability limited to 12 months of payments.

Indemnify us from claims from your violations.
We may assume exclusive defense.
Terminate account anytime.

Unused credits may be forfeited.
Governed by laws of our principal place of business.
EEA users: EU representative's country laws.
